just finished the whole series
for madoka. and seriously, oh god
mindfucked and shit and stuff
i seriously thought its gonna be another
mahou shoujo anime with all the typical moe
but no. storyline is indeed deep
deep to the extent that they do the unthinkable
(or so claimed by blique)
which is, killing off a potentially awesome character
watch yourself. it really is awesome

and now, life section
new semester has just begun
and though timetable was a mess
well, dealwithit.psd is all i could do
i'm still very much in holiday mood
feeling kinda reluctant to study
but well, that's life
still gotta go on despite all

yes indeed. i need to look deep inside me
and search for justice and the right

prolly isn't obvious, but i've been interested with several people
ladies, of course. none too young, none too old
(i'm not into men, yet...)
at this moment, i'll settle with interest
as "sexually interested" is a bit too far... still

closing in on all activities and such... this is bad (BAD)
so blique (did) took notice of my behavioral tendencies
and did suggest me to stop doing so
for the benefit of all parties...

(mm. gotta get treatment for hallucinations as well too soon)

just got my dirty grimy hands
on the latest ep from the m machine!
entitled metropolis pt 1
i have really looked forward to listening to sounds
that were familiar on the first teaser they released
and of course, the faces track which acted as a teaser
did really served its purpose in creating a hype

first track blows you off, with immigrants
energetic and continuously pumping the beat
a fast paced track, definitely starts the show well
and if you listened closely, one part of the arrangements
were present in the original teaser

followed by deep search with starts up
with the most annoying sound effect to me
nevertheless, the midbreak turns melancholic-ish
before returning to the annoying sound effect
personal preference. can't bring myself to like this
its also rather mellow compared to the others

third track is a king alone, which starts slow
and builds up to some happy synth arrangements...
i love the tune and all. really enjoyable
somehow injects happiness into you
a slow and happy track

next is the one we all should know
if you are a m machine fan that is...
faces! the teaser for this ep itself
needless to say, i enjoyed the teaser very much
and listening it in its full glory definitely feels good
the lyrics are obvious, not drowned out by the music
and brings out the title very well

black is the longest track here at 5 mins and 47 secs
considering my penchant for long tracks i had high hopes for this...
first 40 seconds were some sound effects on robots and stuff
and bam! let the show begin!
heavy, dark and... everything feels right in here! instant favorite...
i'd be sure to take this track for a ride

the show ends with shadow in the rose garden
basically a heavier remix of promise me a rose garden
sounds well, and definitely a refreshing view of the old track

in short, an enjoyable ep, and looking forward to more tracks
